Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Kunster farm their 4.6 hectares of vines in the Mosel all organically and biodynamically. The duo consistently produces some of Germanys best Pradikat wines, ranging from bright Kabinetts to sticky sweet dessert wines. Fruit for this spunky sparkler hails from old vines rooted into Devonian slate soils. The wine is then produced in the mthode champenoise style, leading to a textured, tingly, and insanely food-friendly bottle of bubbles. 2016 brought extremely low yields, so not much of this wine was made.
