Description
The Mongeards roots run deep in Burgundy, arriving to Vosne-Romane in the 18th century, with records of past members working at DRC dating back to 1786. After following advice from Henri Gouges, the Mongeards began bottling wines under their own name in the mid 1900s. Fruit for the Bourgogne Rouge comes from 28-55 year old vines, showing notes of violets, red berries, and game. Well-structured, with bright acidity; drink now!
