This delicious Morgon is loaded with flavors of dark berries, red currants, potting soil, red flowers, and cracked pepper. Fruit for this wine comes from 100-year-old vines rooted in schist/granite soils. Traditional whole-cluster fermentation lasts for 3-4 weeks and is followed by 6-9 months of aging in used oak. This concentrated, top-quality wine is sure to withstand the long-haul and is a spot-on expression of the style of Morgon that we absolutely love!
