This rich yet balanced Chardonnay is produced at the hands of one of Burgundys most renowned vignerons, Aubert de Villaine. Notes of yellow stone fruit, green apple, hazelnuts, and quince dominate this wines dense yet saline-driven palate. We totally mistook this for a 1er cru bottling, though when its de Villaine, were really not surprised.
