Description
Located in the heart of Arbois, Domaine de la Tournelle was founded in 1991 by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet. The duo works six hectares of vines all organically and produces 12 different cuves from their variety of plots. Cul du Brey is a fun and fresh red blend produced from young vine Trousseau, Petit Beclan, and Syrah. Fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed, and naturally fermented in steel, followed by two years of aging in oak barrels. Serve chilled and sip year-round!
