Founded by Raj Parr and Sashi Moorman in 2013, Domaine de la Cote comprises six vineyards across 40 acres within the Sta. Rita Hills. All fruit is farmed organically, with an emphasis on terroir driven fruit/microclimates & hands-off mentality implemented in the cellar. The 2015 Memorious shows delicious flavors of bright cherry, sweet spice, and citrus undertones, with salt, minerality, & well-integrated tannins giving way to a savory finish., The first release from a vineyard started from seed in 07. Yes, these guys are a tad anal, but its a suave, supple wine, earthy & bright.
