Description
Located in southern Ajaccio, Jean-Charles Abbatucci creates healthy ecosystems within his vineyards through biodynamic farming, all whilst playing traditional Corsican music over loudspeakers to his grapes, which he believes benefits the fruits development. This cuve is a kitchen sink blend of native white varieties vinified in tank and aged in wood; full-bodied and rich, with mouth filling flavors of stone fruit, salt, and minerals.
