Description
This wine comes from one Provence’s classic, highly respected producers. It delivers the refined and refreshing flavor that the world has come to expect from fine ros from the South of France, but this bottle has an interesting twist that keeps us coming back for more. It’s made from organic, old vine Tibouren one of the region’s native grapes and something not found in many other places. It’s also aged under fleurette (a lacy covering of yeast, similar to what’s working in Sherry or Jura wines) for an undeniable texture. Still, it’s fresh and and dry, dripping with the red fruit and citrus flavor we love to sip all summer. Fruit comes from one of the 18 Crus Classs of Ctes de Provence, to put the icing on the cake. Plus, you can age this one. So many reasons to try a bottle for yourself.
