Dubbed one of the five most environmentally friendly wineries in the world, Chateau Maris was founded in 1997, with an emphasis on creating harmonious wines from the Languedoc, crafted with biodynamic preparations and sans chemicals. The 2017 ros is Grenache dominant, full of tart berry notes with mineral undertones. Dry and clean; gorgeous with charcuterie and tomatoes!
