Description

Das Trocken Riesling is produced by Peter and Michael Eber who are the two young brothers at the helm of Weingut Edelberg. The Riesling vines are sustainably farmed and located in the heart of Weiler, a small village in Germanys Nahe region. The earliest vines were planted in 1970. The vineyard slopes are incredibly steep and all grapes must be manually harvested. The Riesling is gently pressed and allowed to ferment naturally in stainless steel tanks until its dry. The wine is then rested for up to 6 months on the fine lees adding to the beautiful texture.
