Description
Vibrant and deep ruby in color. The nose offers enticing aromas of blackberries, black cherries and currants; while the oak adds clove, cedar and toffee notes. The palate is greeted by fine tannins and finishes round and silky. Balanced and drinkable now, but also an excellent addition to the collector’s cellar.
Beef is the obvious choice to highlight this luscious Cabernet Sauvignon. Enhance recipes with a touch of oregano, thyme or black pepper. Side dishes or sauces featuring mushrooms will make the wine shine.
