When the time came up to brew with our good friends at CELLARMAKER we got excited to come up with a new hoppy creation. Using Strata, Mosaic, and Citra hops, our goal was to create a West-Coast IPA bursting with notes of stonefruit, mango, and certain dank quality we’re always in search of. While our “interview” consisted mundane questions of dry-hopping times and bittering, there was always a beer in hand and smile on our faces.
