Description
With a 40+ year history, today Soalheiro is led by third-generation family members, siblings Maria Joo and Antnio Lus, along with co-founder (and their mother) Maria Palmira Cerdeira. The family is dedicated to the terroir of Mono and Melgao, perched at northernmost Portugal. With an eye on environmental responsibility and warm hospitality, they are stewards of the region. We are charmed by this blend of native and international varieties, a fresh and fizzy ros that were packing to BYO sushi night.
