Beginning with a dark, Belgian style beer possessing aromas of dark fruit, caramel, and baker’s chocolate, we sought to elevate a European style classic with a sea of pangaeatic flavors. Toffee, vanilla, and oak flavors from Kentucky Bourbon barrels blended with cacao nibs, mulato chiles, and cinnamon unite unlikely components in a harmonious union. This beer is a liquid globe.
