About Under the Sun:At our regenerative honey farm, we harvest and pack the finest raw, varietal honey. Our apiary is non migratory, HFCS-free, pesticide-free, antibiotics-free and the honey we harvest have no hard chemical treatments.
About this honey:Representative of the deep forest, gushing waters, and wildflower fields unique to western NY hill country – this is a multi-floral summer varietal honey. The Floral sources for our NEW YORK WILDFLOWER include honeysuckle, dandelion, spotted knotweed, basswood and also soft maple.
