Before Klschi, there was Billy The Goat. Billy is, sadly, no longer with us, but his love for beer lives on in Billy’s Haze. Azacca, Centenial, Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic hops create big citrus and stonefruit character in this smooth and drinkable hazy IPA. Perfect for sunny summer days at the hop yard, this would have certainly received Billy’s Hoof of Approval.
