Description
Joint collaboration between Rhone legends Jean-Pierre Monier and Phillippe Perreol, beginning in 2008. Their Saint Joseph Blanc, comprised of 100% Marsanne, hails from vines 30-35 years in age. Must undergoes malolactic fermentation, then ages for 4-12 months in used oak. Mouth-filling and savory, with a maintained freshness.
