Description
After all winning medals at the Great American Beer Festival, we decided to get the band back together with Slice Beer and Urban Roots Beer to bring you the second iteration of Meeting of the Minds. This three-way Hazy DIPA collaboration will be brewed at all three locations and will have only one thing different…the yeast. All three recipes will contain the same grain, hops, and brewing techniques, but will use three different IPA yeasts to ferment them. We used London III yeast while Slice used Barbarian yeast and Urban Roots used American Ale yeast.
