Description
One-fourth of Kermit Lynchs renowned Gang of Four, Marcel Lapierre has been pioneering the natural wine movement in Beaujolais since the 1980s. It’s hard to imagine the landscape of low-intervention wine in France today without including Lapierre and his contemporaries. Despite history, here’s a brand new cuve from the legend, made from declassified Morgon and fruit from very nearby. It’s packed with cherry layers and earthy notes, and we all agree that it hits below it’s price point. The allocation probably won’t last, so grab some for your next weeknight dinner or weekend campfire or cookout.
