Process

We focus on low intervention wines that reflect a sense of place and time. We are minimalists in the cellar and in the vineyard. Our wines are dry, unfined, unfiltered, with low to no sulfites added. Just foot crushed grapes, settled in old wood and bottled by hand at the proper time.

Tastings

Every tasting is a chance to explore unique wines, ask questions and chat with the winemaker in a relaxed, welcoming environment. While this style of tasting is ideal for smaller groups, we’re happy to accommodate larger parties up to 12 with reservations. For those unable to visit us during weekends, were always happy to arrange a private tasting during the week.
