We are digging this mountain project started by two buddies: Javi Revert and Victor Marqus in Spain’s Valencia D.O. It’s a certified organic blend of Garnacha and Syrah, youthful and packed with fresh red fruit notes. We’re paring it with grilled pork or BBQ salmon or trout. This is an exciting find from one of the most impressive winemaking duos working in Valencia right now.
