Our hand selected Mosaic and Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops bring intentional bitterness compared to our softer foggy beers to create a more balanced IPA approach that rides the line between West Coast styles and hazy styles plus Pilsner and Vienna malts with raw wheat and flaked oats for a fun texture and malt backbone.
