Description
Our collaboration beer with Homage Brewing. This beer was fermented and matured in French and American oak red wine barrels. Conditioned on Montmorency and Balaton cherries. The blend of sweet and tart red cherries helped us achieve our goal of traditional and balanced fruit characteristics. Notes of brett funk, oak, vanilla, cherry pie, and moderate tartness. Its the perfect holiday treat!
