The 2021 line of Goose Island Bourbon County Stout couldn’t be more special: fully aged Bourbon County Barrel Aged Stouts are elevatedwith the addition of fruitwood chips that highlight each beer’s unique, complex characteristics.
This barrel-aged stout is finished on cherry wood chips, specifically honeycomb-shaped for idealextraction, revealing layers of ripe red fruits, cherry, and subtle toffee on top of the decadent Bourbon County Stout.
