Using an increased hop rate, this Fractal investigates the interplay between a new hop combination, Citra and Idaho 7, and our revised processes.Fractal Citra/Idaho 7 pours a bright and resinous yellow releasing complex aromas of citrus and melon. The taste follows with additional citrus, peach flesh, cantaloupe, zesty lime and assorted berries with an earthy pine backbone. This beer is creamy but firm with rounded bitterness.
