Baby Roo Dream Field Shoes Pale Ale has Equilibriums biggest pale ale hopping rate yet. Starting off with a heavy oat base we hopped it aggressively with Citra, Enigma, and Galaxy. It pours hazy yellow with big aromas of fresh OJ and pineapple. The flavors are BIG for a pale ale and offer notes of juicy orange, papaya, passionfruit, berries and melon wrapped up in a juicy finish. This beer has all the flavor of a DIPA in Pale Ale form.
