Description
Domaine de la Tournelle was founded in 1991 by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet, situated in the heart of Arbois. The duo works six hectares of vines organically, producing 12 different cuves. Fruit for Fleur de Savagnin is hand-harvested and naturally fermented in both tank and used barrel, aged on the lees for 18 months in used wood. The final wine is linear and energetic, showing notes of citrus, white flowers, and exotic spices.
