Description
A love of Gamay led Northern Rhone brothers Maxime and Antoine Graillot to the vineyards of Beaujolais. This single-vineyard is home to 40+ year old Gamay vines. Fruit for the wine is made with whole cluster fermentation, and a semi-carbonic maceration. A juicy, crushable red wine that is certified organic and a staff favorite for park sipping and warm weather meals.
