Description
This certified biodynamic wine has the ethos of natural winemaking: indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtering. These 40+ year old Pinot Noir vines sit at the Gevrey-Chambertin border of Morey St. Denis, adjacent to Mazoyres-Chambertin. This a deep and intense wine that will be incredible with game and dark meat poultry. Could be a contender for the Thanksgiving feast.
