Description

This Riesling is produced by Ryan Stirm of Stirm Wine Company.

While most of Ryan’s winemaking pedigree has been etched in California, he spent time in Margaret River, Australia and in Wachau, Austria (Weingut Tegernseerhof). While Abroad, he sharpened his Riesling skills. Now back in the U.S., Ryan’s California Rieslings are widely praised (see below). Companion is his platform for showing the vast potential of Riesling and California viticulture.
