Description
This saline-tinged ros comes from organically-farmed fruit in the heart of La Ciotat, located halfway between Cassis and Bandol. The wines blend is similar to that of Clos Ste. Magdeleines Cassis ros, though this cuve is a bit lighter on its feet. Notes of bright orange, red berries, and fresh cut herbs dominate the wines sea-influenced palate. Pair with salty olives, fresh cheese and baguette, or a variety of French-inspried snacks.
