Description
This biodynamic (Demeter certified) bubbly is named for the conditions in which it was grown. Kalkspitz (kalk = chalk | spitz = acidity) relies on Grner Veltliner with a bit of Zweigelt, Sauvignon Blanc, Blauer Portugieser and Muskat Ottonel. It’s relatively low in alcohol and with a fresh and herbal profile, this is a top choice for afternoon sipping, light picnic meals, and vegetarian and vegan pairing. We love sharing this wine with friends chill and pop the top!
