Description
The Stars at Night is a special beer brewed in collaboration with our friends from Bedford, Texas @turningpointbeer! We brewed this Hazy Triple India Pale Ale with pilsner, malted wheat, flaked oats, and dextrose. It was dry hopped with Texas size portions of Azacca, El Dorado, and Vic Secret which creates wonderful aromas of candied tropical fruit, Cotton Candy, and dried citrus. Soft and round set the table for big flavors of citrus and pome fruit! Deep in the heart of Texas this one is big and bold, 10% abv!
