Part of our cocktail-inspired DIPA series with straight Tiki vibes! The sweet/tart flavor of the rhubarb is the perfect dance partner for the passion fruit. Add some lime to keep the party in check with subtle acidity while it all comes together with a bit of vanilla to give it a creamy soft mouthfeel. Feel free to dose it with rum garnish ridiculously with umbrellas & fruit!
