Description
The original Holi-Dave took a Silver medal at World Beer Cup 2016 and a bronze in 2018. This 80 IBU stout is big, bold, hoppy and aggressive, but displays a chocolate character and smoothness that makes it exceptionally drinkable. We took that beer and aged it for 18 months in freshly used bourbon barrels. These individual barrels give the beer flavors of vanilla, bakers chocolate, milk chocolate and a subtle bourbon heat
