This wine fermented on its skin and then aged in the barrel its got that elegant style of a classic Pinot Noir. But look up Mimi on the internet, and youll see this is no run of the mill wine. Shes a proud voice of responsible, regenerative agriculture and plenty of people in the wine industry look up to her.
