From our friends Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman, who work with the historic Seven Springs Vineyard to create new world wine with strict attention to terroir. This Chardonnay is made with the Burgundian ethos of parcel by parcel cultivation, yet with fruit from one of the most treasured appellations in the Pacific Northwest. Sourced from Burgundian clones in a rocky, mid-slope section of the vineyard, Rajat and Sashi consider to be a contributor to the texture and profile of the wine. Biodynamic and ready to go with fresh seafood, grilled veggies, or even roasted poultry.
