Description
New traditions call for new holidays and new holidays call for a new Double IPA. Oil Rig is brewed using hop concentrates in order to complement our favorite recreational activity on this newly celebrated day of the year. We use hop oil in the brew kettle followed up by massive additions of Mosaic and Simcoe – both late in the boil as well as in dryhopping. The result is a cleanly bittered beer with huge tropical and resinous aromas perfect to toast with on 710! Oil that is, dabs of gold.
