Behold the next installment in our fruited Berlinerish series! You might remember Berlinerish Nectarine from earlier this year. Weve now concocted up a peach version. This is a pretty small batch, just 2 standard oak barrels worth. I really love how this beer is tasting right now. Its very refreshing and drinkable, with a moderate acidity and juicy peach flavors and aromas. This batch was re-fermented exclusively with organic Elberta peaches from Masumoto Family Farms in Central California. All of the fruit in this beer was hand picked by Sara and I with the help of a few friends. Its all 2017 season fruit. Elbertas are probably the most famous of the Masumoto varieties, and is the peach that made them the food celebrities they are today.
