Stout aged in Rye Oak barrels.
From our friend, the Kentucky distiller J.D. Willet himself, “We have one type of barrel: Wood. And we put two things in’em: Rye or Bourbon.” We scored some of J.D.’s scrutable casks and put in thing in’em: beer. The taste tells. It’s good to have friends!
